Remlinger Farms

We scored an invite to a birthday party for Lainey's friend Benjamin. It was held at Remlinger Farms, about 45 minutes east of Seattle. We'd never been there before and were excited to see all the animals and rides and to celebrate this awesome little boy.
Remlinger Farms is a popular place to visit in the fall with their pumpkin patch and all sorts of goodies. We had a blast at the party and running around the place and will definitely be back for pumpkins!
While she was riding this carousel, I heard Lainey yell, "This is so cool!"

Beau wasn't big enough to ride this one but he sure loved watching Lainey go around and kept saying, "Bye Bye Lainey!"
Beau was big enough to ride this one although I think he wished he wasn't.  He didn't really care for any of the rides, particularly the roller coaster. I don't have any pics of that ride since all four of us rode on it but the look on his face was definitely priceless!
It was at this point in the ride that Lainey yelled, "Wooooooohoooooooo!!! We're going FAST!"
The Squeezables
The part Beau did like-double fisting chocolate cake.
Lainey and the birthday boy
I live for moments like these.
The canoe ride went over well with both of them.
A rare photo-all of us looking at the camera!

For some reason, Beau REALLY liked sticking his head in that hole and having his picture taken. Crazy kid!
It was a great day, one that is definitely in my Top 5 family memories.  Lainey and Beau both crashed in the car on the way home and took long naps.  Robert and I took advantage of that and got a ton done around the house.  Not really. We both took naps, a much better decision!

Thanks for a wonderful day Lainey and Beau!

Okay, the picture of L and Benjamin cracks me up! She looks like the mom or wife that is so preoccupied with doing whatever it takes to get her son or husband to smile that she forgets to do it herself! I love it!

This warms my heart more than you know! (: Thank you for the great photos and the lovely comments. I think what I enjoyed most of all that day was watching some of our closest friends enjoy a memorable day with their families. Totally priceless.
