Our great friends the Gwaltneys are visiting and we met up with them at the zoo today. What a day! We fed the giraffe, watched the brown bears go swimming right up next to the window, hissed like a snake when we saw the giant python, pretended to be a turtle, went down the slide a million times, found a rock to climb on, etc....
And finally, after a long, exciting day, Bug fell asleep in the car pretty much before we hit the freeway. Little does she know that waiting for her in the backyard is a climber that Aunt Nan and Loren went and picked up for her this morning! Tomorrow we'll put the pool at the bottom of the slide and have a whole lot more fun! Lainey, you are one well loved little girl.
